Apple Blue Brat

Apple chardonnay brat topped with blue cheese crumbles, a sweet carrot and cabbage slaw, and Good Life Naturals apple, beet and carrot ketchup, served with kettle chips.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Matchstick Carrot

  • 1/4 Cup Purple Cabbage

  • 1/4 Cup Red wine Vinegar

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

  • 1/2 of one Lemon – squeezed

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Directions

  • Instructions
  • Grill brat fully.
  • Make Sweet Carrot and Cabbage Slaw
  • Mix carrot, cabbage, red wine vinegar, oil, lemon juice and honey.
  • Assemble
  • Place brat in bun, layer with Good Life Naturals apple, beet and carrot ketchup.
  • Finish with blue cheese crumbles.
