Peanut Butter Berry Fruit Pizza

Our Cranberry cherry Granola plays a key role in this delicious crispy, creamy
and berry filled fruit pizza. Just add peanut butter to Good Life’s flavor filled
granola for a perfect crunchy crust. Great for summer brunch or after school snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Good Life Naturals cranberry cherry granola

  • 1 tsp agave nectar or honey

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla greek yogurt

  • Topping Ideas:
  • blackberries, strawberries or raspberries

  • dried cranberries

  • shredded coconut

  • dark chocolate chips

Directions

  • In a large bowl, mix the granola, peanut butter and agave nectar until well blended
  • Line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper, press the granola mixture into pan
  • Place in refrigerator allow to chill for an hour to set
        *freezing for 10 to 15 minutes will do the trick if in a hurry*
  • Remove from pan, spread greek yogurt evenly over crust and then add your favorite toppings.
